If you need any help with your Ultra Theme, feel free to reach out to us by email. Please note that we can help you with your theme, provided that it is updated to the latest version.

We typically reply during business hours 8 am – 5 pm (Brussels, GMT +02:00), Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

App Support

If you need help with a 3-rd party app, or have questions regarding it, please contact App Support directly. Keep in mind, that app developers are expected to have their apps compatible with Shopify Themes. Please note that we can only support you with the Ultra Theme Code, developed by us.

All Shopify App Developers offer support assistance, feel free to reach out to them.

If you need help with the Admin Panel or Shopify platform in general, the Shopify Support team is available 24/7.

If you need help with the checkout page, always contact the Shopify Support team directly, as this page is not part of the theme code, it is a Shopify page.
