The section is static on a password page layout, it was added initially and cannot be removed.
Text - the setting allows you to set the text of the section (If not set, it is taken from translations).
Text link - you can set the text for the string.
Link - it is possible to set the force for Text link.
Text - the setting allows you to set the color of the section text;
Background - the setting allows you to set the background color of the section.
